Post-postmodernist Style as a trend

Perhaps today's news articles, magazines, blogs, clothing, posters (things incorporating style) are full of enticing graphics and illustration in what I would like to consider today's trends. For example, art with illustrations may seemingly incorporates incredible illustrative designs marking yet still follows the underlying guides set forth by modern rules. The rule of 3rds, rules of spacing, rules, of size and dimensions. These are the types of rules I am talking about. They are what make the aesthetics of our style. But honestly, trying to critique and change(Postpostmodernism) a changed version(Postmodernism) of an original change(modernism) to an original style(pre-modernism) seems a little overwhelming... But is that all that is left for us to design and create in order to find that last bit of "New"ness in our society?

I would like to devise a plan to start a new term which would help alleviate the redundancy?
